JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling complaints, managing engineering service at multinational companies in automotive.
  • Provides high quality services to meet customer and partner's expectations.
  • Constantly follow the customer requirements, be a professional customer and partner representative.
  • Plan, manage and monitor the activities, motivate and evaluate the subordinates performance.
  • In case of quality problem at host, ensure to prepare and start up the mission as standard.
  • Products supervision, follow up break points.

  • To support the QMS regarding the ISO9001 requirement

  • Incoming Inspection workflow setup (WI & Record)

  • Calibration control workflow set up. (WI & Record)
  • Final inspection flow design and adjusting for Chemical MFG & Instrument MFG
  • Document control set up, register, verify and upload the document into the system.

  • In-process control workflow setup

  • Internal process audit flow design and implement for Chemical MFG, Instrument MFG

  • SPC control for Chemical MFG, Weight fill & Removal torque monitoring, QC result (Functional test) monitoring (Control Chart)
  • ESD control for Instrument MFG
  • Support the RCA for the quality issue from the customer complaint.

QUALIFICATION, REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Engineering Mechanical or (Automotive, Production, Industrial,  and Electronics).
  • English communication skills (fluent speaking, writing/reading)
  • Automotive industry experience (OEM or Tier 1-2 supplier) 3+ years
  • Quality related experience (8D report, Root cause analysis, 5S, 5 Why)
  • Technical knowledge (able to read part drawings, general knowledge about parts functions in car/motorcycle)
  • Have a Car and able to travel and work abroad (ฺRayong).
  • Knowledge and experience in FMEA, Control plan, OEE.
  • Knowledge of automotive specifications, standards and quality tools.
  • Quick problems solving skills.
  • Good organizing, managing, communication skills.
  • Customer oriented attitude.
  • Audit experience.
