Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the operations team to ensure operational accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Manage daily operational tasks to support business growth while maintaining effective risk controls.
  • Oversee end-to-end handling of Central Fraud Registry (CFR) and other fraud cases, ensuring investigations are completed accurately and coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.
  • Manage and conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews for high-risk customers and merchants.
  • Lead dispute and chargeback cases, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with card scheme regulations.
  • Supervise the merchant team, ensuring merchant onboarding (KYM) and periodic reviews comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Support AML compliance by identifying and escalating suspicious activities for Suspicious Transaction Report (STR) preparation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Compliance and Technology teams to improve internal controls, fraud detection rules, and risk monitoring systems.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly operational reports for management review.Able to work in shift rotation (5 days per week, 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fraud operations, or risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of the Financial regulations, KYC/AML requirements, Fraud investigation, Chargeback, and CFR management.
  • Good command in English.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, SQL knowledge is an advantage.
  • Experience in Fintech, Banking, Payment Gateway is highly preferred.
  • Able to work in shift rotation (5 days per week, 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM).
