Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive product strategy and performance in assigned therapeutic areas
  • Primary responsibility for key hospital accounts: Ramathibodi Hospital and Phramongkutklao Hospital
  • Provide strong scientific and product support to Medical Representatives
  • Conduct product training, sales meetings, and promotional activities
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Medical teams to execute brand strategies
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance
  • Support key opinion leader (KOL) and hospital engagement activities
Qualifications (Must Have)
  • Pharmacy background is a MUST (Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Solid experience in hospital-based product promotion
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with a hands-on and proactive approach
Nice to Have
  • Experience handling key teaching or military hospitals
  • Previous experience transitioning from Medical Representative to Product Specialist
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
