Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage projects POS / WMS system, get requirement from user and also review requirement, coordinate with vendor along the project timeline.
  • Develop programs or reports by the requirement/specification. Build and deploy application.
  • Manage projects on self-development and supporting BU users.
  • Develop and also give a suggestion to other programmer in the team about technical solution and/or issue solving.
  • Handle operational incidents reported through the service desk, performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Perform working based on defined process and provide feedback on process improvements as appropriate.
  • Cooperate with team leader in effort estimation, developing plan/schedule and performing tasks according to the plan.
  • Execute unit test and integration testing and fix bug.
  • Prepare technical documents and other documents related to the project.
  • Provide technical support after system/project launched.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Programmer/Software development and System analyst
  • Having skills in SQL statements (Query, Stored procedure, Function)
  • Knowing C# programming languages (.Net core 3.1, .Net 5+, and EF.Core) will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks/projects and able to prioritize tasks or project.
  • Knowing Microsoft SQL Server Services (SSRS)
  • Knowing POS or warehouse operations system will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work as a team and individual.
