Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and manage releases across mobile and web applications.
  • Coordinate with development, QA, operations, and business teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Oversee post-implementation support, including monitoring, validation, and issue resolution.
  • Define, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and release management best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and minimize release-related risks.
  • Facilitate release readiness reviews, go/no-go meetings, and communication to stakeholders.
  • Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure release activities align with sprint goals.
  • Collaborate on platform/solution implementations involving both application and infrastructure (network, system, database, security).
  • Drive Agile process improvements and coach teams on Agile best practices.
  • Engage with various roles (PM, SM, Senior SA, Senior BA, Dev, Infra Manager) to ensure alignment and delivery.
  • Work in Agile software development environments for more than 1 year, with cross functional collaboration.

Skillet & experience required

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in release management or software delivery engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile and web application development lifecycle.
  • Hands-on expertise with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment tools.
  • Solid experience with post-implementation support and release validation.
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in mobile banking projects is a strong plus.
  • Past experience in structured organizations (medium to large scale) with standardized processes.

Preferred Experience:

  • Roles such as Project Manager, Scrum Master, Senior System Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Developer, or Infrastructure Manager.
  • Experience in Change Management, Release Control, or Deployment Management is a plus.
  • If primarily from Infra background, must have worked closely with application implementation.
  • Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL, analytics, and process improvement frameworks (e.g., CMMI).
  • Strong leadership, confidence, and maturity; able to initiate and contribute constructively across team functions.
