Key Responsibilities:

1. Promotion & Trade Marketing Support

1.1 Support setup of promotions and brand campaigns based on approved briefs

(discounts, GWP, bundles, hero SKUs)

  • Coordinate trade mechanics with Buying, Marketing Content, and Operations

  • Prepare promotion tools:

1.2 Promo summary sheets

  • SKU & price lists

  • Campaign timelines

1.3 Maintain promotion and campaign calendar

2. External Channel Sales Support (Non-Own Retail)

2.1 Day-to-day coordination contact for assigned external sales channels

2.2 Support sell-in activities:

  • Price lists

  • Promotion mechanics

  • Campaign details

2.3 Coordinate campaign execution and trade promotions with external partners

2.4 Support product listing and delisting processes (administrative coordination)

2.5 Ensure alignment of brand campaigns across own retail and external channels

3. Sales Tracking & Reporting

  • Track daily / weekly sales performance during campaign periods

  • Monitor sell-out performance for own retail and external channels (where data available)

  • Prepare basic sales performance reports and summaries

  • Support post-campaign performance reviews

4. Ensure all campaign and trade information is accurate and communicated on time

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in trade marketing, brand activation, or retail marketing (preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG).

  • Proficiency in English languages. (Mandarin and Korean is a plus)

  • Strong understanding of retail marketing strategies and consumer behavior.

  • Excellent coordination and project management skills.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging brand promotions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Basic knowledge of POSM development and visual merchandising.
