Job Summary

Sales Executive (IT Solution) is responsible for selling security solutions, including consulting, deployment, integration, training, and managed services. Supporting customers with professional consulting services for solutions such as Splunk, OKTA, and related technologies to ensure effective service across the project lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand Professional Services offerings, including consulting, deployment, integration, training, and managed services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive service revenue with existing and new customers.
  • Recommend and promote Professional Services to customers purchasing software licenses or subscriptions.
  • Work closely with partners and end users to understand their needs and propose suitable service solutions.
  • Coordinate with sales, presales, and delivery teams to prepare service scopes such as POC, Health Check, Optimization, Training, and Support Packages.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal preparation, presentation, and handover to the delivery team.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and ongoing engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Extensive experience in IT solution sales or professional services sales
  • Basic understanding of enterprise security or software solutions (e.g., Splunk, OKTA)
  • Proven experience selling consulting, implementation, or managed services
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle and work effectively with technical teams
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work well in a team
  • Good command of English
