Position: Sales Engineer / Sales Executive (Construction Solutions & Equipment)
Industry: Construction / Formwork / Engineering Solutions
We are seeking a motivated Sales professional with experience in the Thailand construction industry. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in technical or solution-based selling, and can confidently present, negotiate, and build relationships with contractors, consultants, engineers, developers, and other stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales Execution
- Identify, evaluate, and initiate contact with potential customers and new project opportunities.
- Actively manage, develop, and expand the existing customer portfolio.
- Build profitable, sustainable, and diversified revenue streams.
- Achieve personal revenue and sales performance targets.
- Define customer- or project-specific value propositions with input from relevant internal teams.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate product and solution benefits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Recommend and sell the most suitable technical solutions or products to customers.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in construction equipment, formwork, or related construction solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ambition to create long-term customer value.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong presentation and communication skills (both Thai & English).
- Organized, structured, reliable, and capable of managing multiple customers and projects.
- Able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and from diverse backgrounds.
- Ambitious, target-driven, trustworthy, and proactive.
