Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team to develop, plan, and implement public relations strategies to promote the brand's image, increase awareness, and create a positive perception of the brand.
  2. Develop unique and effective brand strategies to enhance brand recognition and image.
  3. Plan and manage various activities such as product launches, press conferences, and other brand-related special events.
  4. Manage and oversee communication content both online and offline to align with the brand's image.
  5. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of brand communication activities, making adjustments to strategies as necessary.
  6. Manage communication during crises and situations that may affect the brand's image.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to create consistent brand communication.
  8. Evaluate and review the outcomes of brand communication strategies, including assessing customer satisfaction and alignment with organizational goals.
  9. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing and public relations activities.
  10. Create reports and present information on brand performance to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in marketing communication, public relations, or digital marketing.
  • Proficient in social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to write and design engaging content.
  • Strong team management skills with experience working collaboratively across departments.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Ability to track and update on new trends in social media and online marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
