Position: Senior Officer Sales Support & Logistics Coordinator

Department: Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Location: SM Tower, Bangkok

Working Policy: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Order Management

  • Input customer orders into SAP based on information received via email or customer systems.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product pricing is accurate and consistent between customer purchase orders and SAP records.
  • If discrepancies are found, work with responsible teams to adjust pricing accordingly.
  • Liaise with the Distribution Center (DC) to confirm delivery dates and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure successful delivery.

  • Employee Sales Coordination

  • Support internal product sales to employees during designated sales periods.

  • Product Requisition Handling

  • Process product requisitions from internal departments via SAP.

  • Coordinate with related teams to ensure successful delivery of requested items.

  • Customer Service Support

  • Perform other assigned tasks to support the Customer Service function.

  • Computer and Analytical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Able to analyze data and generate reports effectively.
Key Qualifications (Junior Level):
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or supply chain operations (fresh graduates with internship experience are also welcome).

  • Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of SAP or similar systems (training can be provided).

  • Good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Service-minded and able to work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to communicate in Thai and basic English (for internal coordination and system use).
