รายละเอียดงาน

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Responsibilities)

1. งานบริหารข้อมูลเวลาเข้า–ออกงาน (Attendance Management)

ตรวจสอบและจัดเก็บข้อมูลเข้า–ออกงานจากระบบ Finger Scan / Time Attendance ให้ถูกต้อง

ตรวจสอบข้อมูลผิดปกติ เช่น ขาด–ลา–มาสาย ออกก่อนเวลา หรือการประทับเวลาไม่สมบูรณ์ พร้อมประสานหัวหน้างาน

บันทึกการลาทุกประเภทตามกฎหมายแรงงานและนโยบายบริษัท

จัดทำรายงานการเข้างานรายวัน/รายสัปดาห์/รายเดือนเพื่อนำส่ง HR Manager

  1. สนับสนุนการจัดทำเงินเดือน (Payroll Support)

เตรียมข้อมูลขาด–ลา–มาสาย และชั่วโมงทำงานเพื่อส่งฝ่าย Payroll

ตรวจสอบข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับค่าจ้าง เช่น วันหยุด, OT, เบี้ยขยัน, ค่ากะ, ค่าล่วงเวลา และเงินพิเศษต่าง ๆ

ประสานงานกับหัวหน้างานกรณีข้อมูลส่งผลต่อการจ่ายค่าจ้างไม่ครบถ้วน

  1. งานด้านกฎหมายแรงงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ตรวจสอบการคิดชั่วโมงทำงาน วันหยุด วันลา และค่าจ้างให้ถูกต้องตาม พ.ร.บ.คุ้มครองแรงงาน

ให้คำแนะนำแก่พนักงานและหัวหน้างานเรื่องสิทธิการลา วันหยุด และค่าตอบแทนต่าง ๆ

รวบรวมหลักฐานกรณีปัญหาวินัย เช่น มาสายบ่อย ขาดงานต่อเนื่อง

  1. การจัดทำรายงานและสถิติด้าน Attendance

จัดทำรายงานมาสาย ขาดงาน ลางานประจำเดือน พร้อมวิเคราะห์แนวโน้ม

รายงานอัตราการขาดงาน (Absenteeism Rate) และสรุปชั่วโมงทำงานให้ผู้บริหาร

วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อเสนอแนวทางลดการขาดงาน/มาสายร่วมกับ HR Manager

  1. การบริการพนักงาน (Employee Service)

ให้ข้อมูลพนักงานเกี่ยวกับวันลา เวลาเข้า–ออก และประวัติการทำงาน

สนับสนุนการสอบสวนวินัยเบื้องต้นเมื่อพบข้อมูล Attendance ผิดปกติ

ดูแลเอกสารใบลา ใบมาสาย และใบบันทึกเวลาต่าง ๆ ให้ครบถ้วน

  1. งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

สนับสนุนงานกิจกรรม HR เช่น Engagement, CSR และกิจกรรมภายในองค์กร

สนับสนุนงาน HRD เช่น การจัดทำรายชื่ออบรมและเอกสารลงชื่อเข้าร่วม

จัดทำเอกสาร HR ทั่วไป เช่น ใบลา เอกสารประเมินผล และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกฎหมายแรงงาน

ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย เพื่อสนับสนุนการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

  • สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • มีประสบการณ์งาน Attendance/Time Attendance อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  • เคยทำงานในอุตสาหกรรม รีเทล หรือโรงงาน ที่มีพนักงาน 300 คนขึ้นไป
  • มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน โดยเฉพาะเรื่องเวลาทำงาน วันหยุด วันลา ค่าจ้าง และค่าล่วงเวลา
  • ใช้โปรแกรม Time Attendance, Google Suites, MS Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel ได้ดี (Tiger Soft / VLOOKUP / Pivot จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  • มีความละเอียดรอบคอบสูง รับผิดชอบงานได้ดี และทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันของ Deadline ได้
  • มีทักษะการประสานงานกับหลายฝ่ายและการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยม
