Junior Regional Consultant

Our young and dynamic team at InterLoop is seeking a Junior Regional Consultant to join us in our conquest.

We are in search of an enthusiastic individual like you to implement and maintain various consultation programs across the APAC region.

The Regional Consultant department will train you to excel in consultancy, providing guidance on HR outsourcing, payroll, and local labor hiring across various locations where we operate.

Our goal is to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to become an outstanding consultant, ensuring smooth and effective operations within the department and delivering maximum value to the organization as a whole.

Junior Regional Consultant Job Highlights:

• Acting as an HR consultant to clients, providing expert advice and solutions
• Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Administering compensation and benefit plans
• Conducting employee onboarding
• Maintaining regional client files and records in electronic and paper form
• Acting as a liaison with branch, regional, and corporate offices to facilitate resolution of client issues regarding benefits, payroll, human resources, and safety
• Administering immigration situations for foreign national local hires to obtain work permits and business visa status
• Being responsible for work permit and visa applications

What We Look for In a Junior Regional Consultant:

• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• New graduates are welcome
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office/Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as part of a team with a result-driven approach
• Attention to detail
• Ability to cope with and solve difficult situations

Office Location: Nonthaburi near the Ministry of Commerce (MRT Phra Nang Klao Bridge). A hybrid work environment, with the requirement to work in the office around 10 days a month.

Salary range: Commensuration starts from THB 20,000 and will be based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
