**Location**:

**P**urpose**:
To grow and develop our profitable protection and lifestyle products for the customer through multiple channels

**Role purpose**:
Managing Product Development, pricing and product portfolio, new product trend and competitors’ movement, enhancing the existing products and developing the new product initiatives. Working closely with all stakeholders to ensure the smooth project completion and product launches.

- Strategic Marketing

- Head of Strategic Marketing, CEO

**Role accountabilities**

**Overall Product Development**
- Manage the PDC (Product Development Committee) process and coordinate with all stakeholders
- Lead to deliver the product development for all channels according to the set timeline
- Manage market competitiveness and products through competitors analysis/interviews, customer and distribution feedback
- Defining new products for specific segments which will differentiate from the competition, incorporating all elements of the customer offer
- Coordinate to acquire contract and premium certificate for new product filing and to obtain approval on product modification and enhancement
- Review current products, design new products and obtain approval before filing with OIC
- Redesign & modify group package products and enhance existing benefits to be more attractive, marketable, and competitive
- Work closely with subordinate to update product status and report key issues and recommendation to line managers and CEO.

**Technical and Business Support**
- Coordinate with all related functions to establish work procedure and practice to ensure smooth implementation before product launching
- Monitor & evaluate the feedback and the consequences of each new product after launching
- Handle ad-hoc projects related to product development as assigned by management

**Communications**

Ensure all stakeholders are updated and aware about the detail of product launch and the changes along the way
- Ensure approval from all parties concerned regarding all materials to agents/partners and/or customers
- Lead in product training for all staffs according to new product launch

**Other Special Project**
- Any other special project to be implemented by company in Thailand and Group needing actuarial and product development support and guidance.

**Role requirements**
- High knowledge on engineering (technical specifications) and project management
- Product development, Innovation + Renovation, Product Marketing, Service engineering for beverage fillers
- Product management and/or project management track record considered favorably
- Professional marketing intelligence qualifications preferred
- Excellent English communication skill and fluently communication skill in Business
- Good command of MS Office Applications
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, ability to work under pressure, can do attitude, creative and energetic
- Passionate about people, customer, and results
- On-track behavior and Can-Do attitude.
