We are part of the APRIL Group, a global insurance specialist with 2,300 staff in 16 countries.
We are currently looking for a Regional Policy Manager to sustain the company's growth and expand our services.
- You will work at a regional level and enjoy multicultural teamwork. You will coordinate with many departments/relevant stakeholders in the company as you’re in the middle of the process. It’s a shortcut to learning all the health insurance processes at once_
- The Regional Policy Manager will manage and oversee the timely and accurate processing of Policy issuance. You will address staff and stakeholders' inquiries regarding the Policy process._
**Supervisory Responsibilities**:
- Monitor volumes and the Service Level Agreements of the day-to-day operations of the Policy Department in three countries in the region
- Meet Key performance indicators
- Ensure processes are applied
- Train staff accordingly
- Conduct performance evaluations
**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Provide support and guidance to Policy team members
- Oversee the Policy issuance process
- Understand our stakeholders' needs, eligibility, and coverage and provide quality assistance service
- Manage the policy issuance cases using our system and communicate with all relevant departments
- Provide stakeholders with quality advice and make helpful recommendations.
