**Site Manager (Fixed term)**

We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee and coordinate all major activities of assigned projects,

ensuring timely execution, cost control, quality compliance, and effective communication with

clients, vendors, and internal teams. The role involves managing installation, commissioning, and

project handover while adhering to company policies and industry standards.

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Support project manager for all the major activities of the assigned project: Cost & Budget

Controls, Client/Vendor/Inter-department Communication/Coordination, Timely

executions, Contracts & Commercial including claims & cash flow, Design & Engineering

coordination, QA & QC, Installation, Commissioning & Handing over.
- Follow all the relevant workflow processes of the Group in line with the company’s Quality

Management System (QMS).
- Adhere to and ensure the company HR procedures and requirements.
- Prepare/monitor/update the project schedule as per the QMS procedure and

project/client’s requirements.
- Work with the supply chain department to obtain the best pricing for materials and services.

Also, coordinate with them for QA/QC requirements & on-time deliveries,
- Work closely with the supply chain and the logistics/storekeeping departments to prepare

the relevant shipping documentation (detailed packing list, certificates,) and

equipment/material packaging (material inventory and segregation,).
- Ensure the project execution complies with the EHS and Quality standards.
- Prepare/review/submit engineering documents as per the MDL and project requirements.
- If required, coordinate with the regulatory agencies/authorities to obtain necessary permits,

approvals, certifications, etc.
- Lead/support site installation, testing, and commissioning work as per the project

manager’s/management’s instruction and guidelines.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure proposed site construction and work methods are clearly

understood and accepted.
- Coordinate with various disciplines such as engineering, supply chain,

manufacturing/fabrication, and testing/commissioning as per the QMS guidelines and

project requirements.
- Support Sales & Business Development as per the QMS procedure and supervisor’s

requests.
- Frequent traveling and short-term/long-term stays may be required at the client’s office/job

site as per the project demands and situations during execution, construction, installation,

and commissioning.
- Any other work assigned by the supervisor or management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Chemical) is preferred.
- Minimum 10 Years of experience in the EPC project management field (including site

installation & commissioning) is essential.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Water Treatment field is preferred.
- Skills: Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude; Able to work under pressure with

tight deadlines; Proactive; Initiative; Meticulous working attitude; Team player.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English communication is essential.
- Knowledge of other languages, English, etc. will be considered as an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Good knowledge and

experience of Microsoft Project software is preferred.
