**Tax Manager (Thai Nationality with English Skills) : THB 100-150K ด่วน**:
**รายละเอียดงาน**:

- Oversee the preparation and filing of all federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
- Manage tax audits and coordinate with external tax advisors.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company’s tax position.
- Provide guidance on tax implications for business decisions, including mergers, acquisitions, and expansions.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess the impact on the organization.
- Ensure accurate reporting of tax-related items in financial statements.
- Prepare and review tax provisions for financial reporting.
- Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure proper tax accounting.
- Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals.
- Liaise with external tax advisors and auditors.
- Implement processes and controls to mitigate tax-related risks.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as legal, finance, and operations, revenue department to ensure integrated tax strategies.

**คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร**:

- Any gender, Aged 30-45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Tax in Agricultural / Manufacturing / Trading / Consulting Firm.
- Experience in Agricultural Industry is preferred.
- Able to travel off-site or upcountry.
- English communication is a must.
- Open minded, good mindset, and leadership.

Working date & hour:
Mon-Fri at 09:00 A.M. - 06:00 P.M.
