**Job Description**:

- Support and implement people strategies and HR initiatives, working in close partnership with regional and global HR Business Partners and local business leaders.
- Coach and guide people leaders to help drive and sustain changes in culture, talent management and organisational capability.
- Lead HR operational activities to ensure they are delivered in an effective and efficient way, working in close partnership with the various functions within the global HR organization
- Drive local delivery with talent management and payroll to ensure business goals are met according to agreed SLAs; oversee payroll processes, and payroll reports and analytics.
- Facilitate local training and development programs designed to build people/leadership capabilities.
- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of country HR policies, and ensure compliance with all regulatory (employment Law, immigration etc.) and internal governance requirements; track and respond to regulatory changes and drive necessary internal policy / process changes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience.
- Prior experience working in a matrix organisation.
- In-depth knowledge of local employment-related laws and regulations, HR concepts and expertise.
- Knowledge and expertise related to HR policies, processes, and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including strong English communication skills).
- Strong organizational, influencing, and interpersonal skills; ability to establish and maintain effective support and rapport across the organisation.
