RESPONSIBILITIES- Serve as Human Resources generalist and strategic business partner for HR topics in the country.- Align and support HR activities as initiated by the Head of HR, APS (Asia Pacific South).- Ensure cooperation with business with timely staffing of vacant positions across all functions with Talent Acquisition Team for competent individuals capable of adding value through functional/technical contributions.- Assume full talent acquisition role for recruitment of local speaking open positions in the country.- Constant review of current HR policies and benefits in the country and propose implementation as appropriate.- Administer the compensation process for employees in the country to be in line with the Region’s compensation philosophy with the Total Rewards Team.- Provide appropriate counsel and guidance regarding HR matters.- Manage employee relation issues and serve as advocate for both employer and employee.- Work closely with local managers to provide guidance on talent management, performance management and learning needs, together with Assess and Develop Team and implement actions/activities as needed. Manages internal and external training activities.- Maintain an effective HRIS system by ensuring accurate and timely update in workday, SAP (R11) and e-leave. All systems to be aligned and sync as one.- Benchmark own HR practices and policies with peers to ensure market competitiveness.- Work closely with RMC to review and manage the expatriation policies, if necessary.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 5 or more years of broad-based HR experience- Some level of experience in all HR functional areas including Staffing, Training, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, etc.- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Strategic vision and insight about human resource needs within a company- Demonstrated capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees in a team-oriented environment- Strong networks in appropriate professional HR industry bodies- Understanding of a global organization preferred
