PRTR Tech Team is looking for a Senior QA Automation (English Speaking) to work with a leading global company in Thailand.

This position is 100% work from home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading quality assurance initiatives within the product development team.
- Working together with stakeholders to define achievable quality standards based on product requirements.
- Devising and executing strategies to maintain consistent adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Offering a holistic view of the product's quality status to both the team and stakeholders.
- Assisting in establishing clear and robust criteria for acceptance.
- Promoting ongoing discussions and collaboration to drive continuous enhancements in testing processes.
- Playing a pivotal role in advancing the implementation of automated testing.
- Assessing product suitability through exploratory testing and other supplementary methods, in addition to automated evaluations.
- Analyzing the root causes of identified defects.
- Collaborating with developers to create well-structured and sustainable test code.
- Performing comprehensive testing of our platform, ensuring smooth integration between web/mobile interfaces and custom hardware.

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in an Agile years development environment.
- Demonstrated success in integrating compliance and security measures into QA tasks.
- Familiarity with tools designed for the identification and management of software defects.

**Preferred experience includes**
- Proficiency with testing tools designed for languages like TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with programming languages (such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Go) and related technologies (HTML, CSS, SQL), along with experience in Agile practices, load testing tools, Git, Postman, Chrome Dev Tools, and more.
- Understanding of Agile practices.
- Previous exposure to Swagger/OpenAPI specifications.
- Background in testing software interfaces that connect with physical controls and user interfaces, such as kiosks and card readers.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Strong team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intrinsic motivation to acquire knowledge and independently develop new skills, with a solid grasp of software design and quality engineering principles.
- Proficient in remote work setups.
