1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

2. Content and Campaign Management
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and SEO-optimized content.
- Manage online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Plan and monitor the company’s presence on social media platforms.

3. SEO and Website Optimization
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Work with web developers to ensure websites are optimized for user experience and performance.

4. Analytics and Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, ROI).
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to refine strategies.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to senior management.

5. Lead Generation and CRM Integration
- Integrate campaigns with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms for tracking.

6. Trend Monitoring and Innovation
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Experiment with new tools, platforms, and methods to improve marketing effectiveness.

7. Team Collaboration and Management
- Supervise and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists and freelancers.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales) for consistent branding.

- 2. 35-45 years old
- 3. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 4. Certifications in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are an adventage.
- 5. Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and strategy.
- 6. Experience with tools like Google Ads, SEO software, social media platforms, and marketing automation.
- 7. Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
- 8. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with reporting tools.
- 9. Creativity and an eye for design to guide content creation.
- 10. Excellent project management and communication skills.
