About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Owner to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our iGaming website. This role requires a strong product mindset, the ability to work with offshore development teams, and a deep understanding of user journeys within the iGaming industry. You will act as the bridge between stakeholders, third-party platforms, and development teams to ensure we deliver an engaging, compliant, and high-performing gaming experience for our players.

**Responsibilities**:
Product Vision & Roadmap

Define, own, and communicate the product vision and strategy for the market.

Build, maintain, and prioritize a clear product roadmap aligned with business goals.

Coordinate with offshore development teams to ensure timely delivery of features and

enhancements.

User Journey Optimization

Analyze player behavior, funnels, and engagement data to identify opportunities for

improving user acquisition, retention, and monetization.

Continuously refine the product experience to maximize player satisfaction and lifetime

value.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, compliance, analytics) to

gather requirements and align on priorities.

Liaise with third-party platform providers and game studios to integrate and enhance

offerings.

Agile Delivery

Create, manage, and refine product backlogs using tools such as Jira.

Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

Work with QA and development teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

Define and track KPIs to measure product success.

Conduct A/B testing, analyze results, and iterate based on data-driven insights.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in

iGaming.

**Requirements**:
Experience & Skills

3+ years as a Product Owner or similar role in iGaming, online entertainment, or digital

consumer products.

Hands-on experience with agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar).

Strong analytical skills; experience using analytics platforms to drive decisions.

Mindset & Attributes

Strong product mindset with a focus on delivering player value and business results.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.

Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and user experience.
