Handling the day-to-day support on user’s request.
- Maintaining the Inventory of Asset.
- Repairing or replacing damaged hardware and communicate with vendor (if needed).
- Ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
- Updating technical manuals regarding operations, procedures, and Network schematics.
- Being responsible for the PC and Notebook support and diagnosing and resolving all Hardware and Software problems.
- Handling the printer support for Ricoh and Canon.
- Supporting the company remote users with RDP/VDI and VPN Users.
- Supporting the Genesys Phones, MS Teams phone and MS Teams.
- Installing and upgrading required software/OS follow Direct Asia standard.
- Being responsible for the active directory account creation/delete for all employees and account maintenance for all company employees, including distribution list/mailbox/SMTP set up. Group creation/membership and permissions.
- Handling the PC/Notebook builds/configuration and software installation.
- Supporting MS O365, Windows 10/11.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields.
- At least 1-2 years demonstrable experience in the areas of IT Infrastructure implementation.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees.
- Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures.
- Demonstrated an attitude of improvement, as well as proactive action to anticipate issues.
- Demonstrated service mind-set and behaviors in line with the Bold, Bright, Direct values.
- Fair command of both spoken and written English.
