**About Unilode**

**Position Overview**

Responsible for the day-to-day management of special ULDs, including cool containers, other special ULDs, and accessories that are part of ULD management contracts. The role involves executing and maintaining global standards for Special ULD Management while suggesting improvements, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective coordination and execution of tasks.

**General Responsibilities**
- Execute standard processes across carriers and to ensure high quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a primary contact for customers for day-to-day inquiries and requests.
- Efficiently manage incoming mailbox communications and take action as required.
- Track all managed ULDs and accessory, logging details such as ULD ID, lease location, return location, lease start date, duration, costs, and contacts.
- Manage ULD disposition requests in a timely manner and execute necessary follow-ups on stock distribution between airline ground handling agents as per the agreed allocation.
- Escalate recurring non-performance issues hindering stock balancing at any station to team lead, Customer Success
- Manager and/or field-base staffs for follow up action.
- Additional duties as assigned.

**You**:

- University degree in aviation related field is preferred.
- Recent graduates are welcome. experience in aviation will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in shift rotation and a hybrid work environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Understanding of different type of ULD and ULD accessory is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English communication skills.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle complexity.
