**Reservation Executive at CC's Hideaway Yoga & Wellness Retreat**

As a Reservation Executive, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our hotel guests enjoy exceptional service from the moment they inquire to the end of their stay.

**About Us**:
CC's Hideaway is a distinctive boutique wellness hotel perched on the verdant slopes of Kata, overlooking the breathtaking Andaman Sea. We provide a comprehensive selection of programs, including yoga retreats with more than 30 activities, detox packages, yoga teacher trainings, luxurious spa treatments, eco-adventures, and other mindful activities designed to nurture relaxation and rejuvenation.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Managing Reservations**
- Oversee the hotel’s reservations process, managing online bookings, phone inquiries, and walk-ins with efficiency and professionalism.
- Handle reservations from wholesalers and travel agents, including stop sales, confirmations, invoicing, payment tracking, and monthly reviews.
- Facilitate travel agent partnerships by managing contracts, updating systems, and coordinating with departments on conditions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and food & beverage teams to ensure guests' preferences and special requests (e.g., allergies, room preferences) are met.

**Enhancing the Guest Experience**
- Promote and coordinate additional services, such as tours, yoga classes, and massages, through pre-arrival communication.
- Support the smooth operation of these services by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Handle reservations for activities and tours, including negotiating rates, confirming availability, processing payments, and issuing vouchers.

**Transportation Services**
- Arrange and oversee guest transportation needs, ensuring smooth service from booking to arrival.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to meet guests’ transport requirements promptly and efficiently.

**Continuous Learning & Quality Control**
- Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and local services to provide the best recommendations.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and self-education to enhance your skills.
- Conduct quality inspections of tours, services, and transportation providers, sharing feedback for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Open to Thai Nationals only.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A strong sense of organization and quick learning
