Participates in the job assignment from Marketing department, in order to offer a preview package to First time buyer or member according to the company marketing campaign and activate the booking to get dated confirmed booking.

JOB SPECIFIC TASKS
Source of Phuket Marketing Package

**Marketing Campaign**: we will offer us a preview package with terms and conditions applied to first time buyer and member.

**Encore, open date preview package and broker**: we will contact the guest who purchased all open date package to get the dated as confirmed booking.
Task Assignment
Responsible for offering and activating the package
Assist all guest’ requirements before arrival and welcome them upon arrival.
Prepare the completed tour passport to the reception
Make a payment and follow up with the guest if failure to charge.
Task in Details

**Tentative booking**: Able to make a tentative booking as per broker and guest request and we must confirm the booking within 3 days after the booking is made except for the peak season is available for 1 day only.
Holding reservation Able to hold the room under ME and broker name only one day. If ME and broker needs to hold it longer than one day, the guest information is needed for this exception.
Reminder Letter 30 days before arrival WE will send the reminder letter to reconfirm the reservation, presentation and assist to the guests for any requirements.
Short reminder 7 days before arrival WE will make a call for no reply guest to reconfirm the reservation and arrange an airport transfer.
Tour log WE have to check book tour slot with admin prior to confirm the booking
Transportation WE will get the completed flight information from the guest for dated package. We need to recheck for the transportation report for both arrival and departure. Any changes, ME and WE need to contact directly to VIG and airport representative.
Welcome folder We are responsible for preparing welcome folder for guest arrival, each folder will be provided for guest registration, gift of the package, transportation certificate for departure, extra night charge form, and other document related to the package.
On the authorization form, always write down card holder name
After collect credit card, prepare the envelope with guest name and period of stay.

Guest registration must be sent to reception one day before the presentation date. Otherwise, we need to complete it before the presentation time. Reception could not complete it for us.
Day Time Arrival WE will welcome them upon arrival from 9 - 4.30 pm. Firstly, airport representative will let us know the first call to prepare ourselves to meet them at the bell counter area. Then, we escort them to the hotel front desk for the check in process by providing them our information and reconfirm for the presentation. If they are coming with children, we will offer them a babysitting and give them a babysitting request form to complete the form in advance.
Late Arrival We will leave the welcome letter with hotel GSA with to confirm the package details and presentation time. We will meet them on the following day to be ensured everything is well arranged for the guests.
Guests Arrived without spouse
We will offer them to keep this package as open dated package to visit us later when both of them are available for travelling together. This trip will be automatically changed to the leisure rate which is not required for the presentation.
We will offer them to cancel and get a refund if they are unable to travel again in the future.
We will contact brokers to talk to the guests directly if they referred to brokers who didn’t inform them properly on the package criteria.

Babysitting We must inform the reception for any babysitting request in advance with information provided such as age and amount of kids.
Guest in House. Anything we can help, we will assist them during stay here or forward to the right person of each department.
Perform other duties as requested by management

Performance reviews will be conducted on a monthly basis and may require 3 months reviewing performance achiever. This position will be measured against the following criteria:
