- งานประจำ- 3 - 5 ปี- กรุงเทพและปริมณฑล- ปริญญาตรี- สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้ + Commission- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Determine strategies and action plans to maximize sales of responsible Account.
- Achieve sales target and ensure resources and efforts are organized effectively.
- Provide training to distributor’s salesforce to ensure their understanding on products’ features.
- Monitor distributor’s activities and conduct the basic distributor’s performance review and plan.
- Contact all major end users in the allocated area on a regular basis to ensure maximum penetration of products with a good relationship.
- Introduce promotions to end users in a creative way to ensure maximum sales during the promotion period as well as control the promotion spending within the budget.
- Maintain accurate records of end users and distributors. Submit complete sales and activity report to the Sales admin in a provided format and in a timely manner.
- Report competitive information by identify selling and buying trends of competitors and customers in order to enable management to develop tactical and strategic plans.
- Introduce promotions to end users in a creative way to ensure maximum sales during the promotion period as well as control the promotion spending within the budget.
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relate field.
- A minimum of 5 years in sales management experience preferably proven experience in FMCGs or other related customer driven organizations
- Have experience in filed Traditional Trade and Distributor would be advantage..
- Understands what it takes to win in the market place.
- Able to work at Upcountry
- Able analyze market information including presentations to executives level.
