**Job Description: -**
- Experience in Sales. (IT solutions or IT consulting services experience will be an advantage.)
- [Outside Sales Rep] Explore new opportunities and finding more potential customers (Focus on new customer expansion / New account)
- [Inside Sales Rep] Greet potential client. Direct customers to the solutions and services that best meet their need and close the sales.
- Understand customer need and work closely with presales team & concerned parties for detailed solution demonstration.
- Approach and present company’s solutions and services.
- Following up and negotiating the terms of agreement and closing sales
- Submit sales report (Sales forecast, Leads Report, Weekly progress report etc.)
- Increase customer satisfaction and build customer royalty.

**Qualifications: -**

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Management Information System, Accounting Information System, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
- Experience in IT industry (or IT-related solution/service) is an advantage.
- Experience in enterprise solution selling is a plus.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Pleasant personality.
- Self-motivated & Continuous-Learning Mindset.
- Excellent presentation skill.
- Has driving license and own car is an advantage.
