- Overseeing sales operations: responsible for overseeing the online sales
- Operations from direct delivery to 3rd parties’ delivery platform. This includes managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring that sales targets are met.
- Managing the sales team: responsible for managing the sales team. This includes hiring and training new team members, setting goals and objectives for the team, and providing ongoing coaching and support.
- Developing sales strategies: responsible for developing sales strategies that will help the company achieve its sales targets. This includes analyzing sales data, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing plans to capitalize on them.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction: responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied with the products and services offered by the company. This includes monitoring customer feedback and addressing any issues or complaints that arise.
- Collaborating with other departments: must collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Collaborating with 3rd parties’ delivery team to ensure the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Monitoring sales performance: responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team and the effectiveness of the sales strategies. This includes analyzing sales data, tracking key performance indicators, and making adjustments as necessary.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends: must stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices. This includes attending conferences, reading industry publications, and networking with other professionals in the field.
- Providing leadership and motivation: is responsible for providing leadership and motivation to the sales team. This includes setting a positive example, creating a supportive and collaborative team culture, and recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
- Experience 2-4 year in related field
- Fluent in both Thai and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
