**Legal & Compliance Officer**

**Location**:Thonglor, Bangkok (BTS Thonglor)

**Working Day**: Mon-Fri

**Salary 40-55K**

**Highlight**:

- Draft and review contracts and legal documents
- 3 Years’ experience in legal or compliance.
- Can communicate in English.

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review and revise legal contracts and documents.
- Responsible for certification documents and register business data.
- Providing legal and compliance advice and support to legal/compliance issues.
- Coordinate and contact with all internal department and external counsels.
- Organize shareholders' meetings and board meetings in accordance with laws and regulations.
- Support management team and responsible for contract management and legal administration of the company.
- Develop and review company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- 3 years’ experience in legal or compliance.
- Experience in corporate law especially review and revise contract, agreement.
- Familiar with machinery industry.
- Can communicate in English both written and reading skills.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality about all legal matters.
