- Draft and review various kinds of business agreements and related documents in Thai and English.
- Conduct business registration, copyright and intellectual property rights.
- Provide legal advice or opinion in relation to the Company’s business activities and ensure that the legal risk has been identified.
- Monitor new and updated laws and regulations related to company’s business.
- Proceed legal issues, litigation and other related tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's degree in laws or other related fields.
- Good command in english both writing and speaking or TOEIC 550 points or higher.
- Knowledge of business law copyright and Intellectual property.
- Able to work as a team and work well under pressure.
- At least 1 years experience in Legal Contract.
- Have a license that will be considered as an advantage.
