หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Coordinate external and internal concerned parties in legal and compliance
- Issue and Providing all general legal services of the company
- Manage litigation matters and liaise with external lawyers and documentation for draft and review business agreement and legal documentation
- Contract review and drafting in English & Thai and Translating contract documents (both Thai/English
- Other tasks as assigned

- Bachelor in Laws, proficient in corporate, commercial or contract laws
- At least 1-2 years of post-qualification experiences in corporate commercial or contract laws
- Excellence written and verbal communication both Thai & English
- High attention to detail and Ability to work under deadline and time pressure
- Hard working, positive attitude and capability to learn, understand and analyze legal
- Familiar with MS office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook)
