District Sales Manager

**Accountabilities**
1. To coach/ feedback or counselling of the sales team (People development).
2. To plan, implement, monitor and coordinate with Marketing for sales activities in order to achieve yearly sales goal and A&P control for the district.
3. To develop good business relationship with clients and customers through field visit.
4. To recruit, develop and retain Medical Representatives for the assigned territory.
5.To work with NSM in identifying territory opportunities, managing challenges, executing tactics and optimize resources allocation to achieve or exceed sales goals
6. To collaborate with cross functional team ( Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales Force Effectiveness, RA, Ethics & Compliance, KAM, Training, HR etc.)
7. To set, monitor and evaluate team and direct report performance to achieve business objectives
8. To obtain feedback and market intelligence from stakeholders and sharing in team meetings
**Qualifications **/ **Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field and MBA is a plus
- At least 6 years in of Pharmaceutical sales/marketing experience with required 2 years in sales management experience. Experience in Vaccines will be advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving business results
- Good command in written and spoken Thai & English
- Strong business acumen, strategic & analytical thinking and coaching skill
- Leadership competency, people development, problem-solving and decision making skill
- Digital & computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint as standard requirements)
- Own transportation
