- Monitor PSRs’ business plans to ensure intended actions and plans are appropriately conducted, and that resources are directed to customers of greatest potential
- ** Customer Focus and Service**
- Maintain contact and relationship with key accounts/customers
- Update area customer database and target segmentation continuously
- ** Monitor Pharmacy Sales Reps to deliver core promotional messages within approved detail aids and in line with their POAs**:

- ** Ensure that Pharmacy Sales Reps’ understand and comply with AZ Code of Conduct**:

- ** Monitor stock of area-leve key accounts/ distributors and advise on customer inventories**:

- Distribute/ communicate key reports to PSR’s to make sure they understand those reports

- Rapidly back-fill any team vacancies with competent new hires following company recruitment guidelines and PSR’s competency model
- Provide in-field coaching to PSRs in order to develop their ability to positively influence customer’s prescribing behavior, using Field Coaching Form
- Effectively manage PSRs’ performance according to company’s system
- Develop and implement development solutions based on identified individual development needs
- Identify/retain key talents
- Effectively manage poor performers according to Corrective Action Policy and Process
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team morale
