**Location**:Bangkok, Thailand

As a **Legal Advisor - Dispute Resolution Practice,**you are expected to undertake the following activities and tasks:

- Support senior team members on all aspects of commercial and criminal litigation, arbitration, and other case assignments from case inception to completion.
- Provide drafts of written and verbal advice for clients.
- Interact with government officials and police.
- Assist in analyzing case facts and legal issues.
- Prepare drafts for complaint, answer, petitions, and other court documents submissions.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal opinions.
- Draft agreements, including settlement agreements.
- Conduct marketing and business development work, including writing of articles, presentation of seminars, and performing other non-billable work so as to build the reputation of the firm.

**Requirements**:
**_ Qualifications & Essential skills & experience:_**
- Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized institution.
- Obtaining Thai lawyer license.
- Over **6** years of experience in dispute resolution, including litigation and arbitration, within the Thai legal system.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
- Solid practical knowledge of Thai legal procedures and court practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and time constraint.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and a collaborative team player.
- Position is based in Bangkok, with occasional travel to up-country locations as required.

**_Desirable:_**
- Prior experience working at a professional services firm is an advantage.
- Prior experience working in a multinational workplace is an advantage.
