**Overview of the Job**:
As a **Legal Counsel**, you will provide legal support to all business units and work closely with C level. You will draft and negotiate contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and advise stakeholders on key legal matters.

**In this role, you will**:

- **Contract Drafting & Negotiation** - Prepare, review, and negotiate NDAs, service agreements, data protection agreements, software licenses, and reseller agreements to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- **Bilingual Legal Review** - Finalize contracts in English and Thai, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
- **Legal Advisory & Compliance** - Provide expert counsel on corporate law, labor law, and tax regulations, supporting risk mitigation and regulatory adherence.
- **Regulatory & Policy Oversight** - Monitor legal developments, update internal policies, and ensure compliance across operations.
- **Legal Research & Documentation** - Conduct legal analysis, maintain accurate records, and support business decision-making.
- **Stakeholder & External Liaison**- Act as the primary contact for external legal advisors, regulatory bodies, and public authorities.

**You'll be successful if you have**:

- **2-3 years of professional legal experience**in corporate law or related fields. **Recent experience at law firm is also welcome**.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, labor law, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai.
- Ability to work independently while provide mentorship to legal professionals, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with data protection and privacy laws is desirable.
- Exposure to intellectual property and foreign business law is advantageous.
