**Overview of the Job**:
As a **Senior Legal Counsel**, you will provide expert legal support while leading a small team. You will draft and negotiate contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and advise stakeholders on key legal matters. This role offers a balance of hands-on legal works and team mentorship in a dynamic environment.

**In this role, you will**:

- Analyze, draft, and negotiate various agreements, including NDAs, service agreements, data protection agreements, software licenses, and re-seller agreements.
- Review and finalize contracts in both English and Thai to ensure compliance with laws and company standards.Provide accurate legal counsel to internal stakeholders on corporate law, labor law, tax regulations, and other legal matters.
- Lead and mentor a small team of legal professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support in their daily tasks.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee internal policies to ensure alignment with current legal standards and support their implementation.
- Monitor and communicate changes in laws and regulations to relevant teams to maintain compliance.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support business operations and decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and organized legal records and databases to ensure efficient document management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external legal advisors, regulatory bodies, and public authorities when necessary.

**You'll be successful if you have**:

- **5 years of professional legal experience**in corporate law or related fields. **Recent experience at law firm is also welcome**.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, labor law, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai.
- Ability to work independently while provide mentorship to legal professionals, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with data protection and privacy laws is desirable.
- Exposure to intellectual property and foreign business law is advantageous.
