Operation Administration Manager

- In charge of administrative work and coordinating marketing team to contact customers and confirm the accuracy of customer information. Inform customers with the purpose of transaction and make sure the details of transaction terms related to the contract.
- Confirm the credit terms with credit team, verify legal documents, and then input into company’s operating system.
- Underwrite documents, and then drawdown the amount of transaction with finance/accounting team to make the contract effective and proceed the transactions with dealers.
- Prepare and manage customer account of the contracts, legal documents, contact information and payment histories via the operating system of the company.
- Deal with documents of authorities & government, such as car or machinery registration, insurance renewals, accident claims and shipping tax invoices.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
**Requirement**
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Age between 35-45 years old.
- About 5-10 years of experiences in the hire purchase and leasing business.
- Direct experiences legal documents checking in operation systems.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Good Command in English.
- Good Attitude with Service Mind.
- Having good communication and interpersonal skills.
