PRTR’s IT Team is looking for a talented Head of IT Operations (or Manager) to join one of our local start up clients. You’ll be expected to provide high level expertise in managing Operation process across the IT Landscape, define and improve processes and strategy and lead teams. This role will require someone open to providing stand by support 24*7 due to the nature of the role.
- Being in charge for all Technology operation aspect such as:

- IT administrator
- Application support
- Security Operation
- Infra and Support
- Change management
- Others
- Defining, maintaining, and enforcing the technology operation process.
- Collaborating with across team to ensure best practice technology operation.
- Managing the IT assets and account credentials.
- Handling the IT Budget tracking and planning.
- Building and mentoring the system administration team for best practice and 24*7 support.
- Researching and suggesting related technology operation technology.
- Performing all other duties as assigned.

**Job Specification**
- +4 years experience as Team leader.
- +6 years experience in Technology Operation related contexts.
- Have Good understand in technology operation contexts.
- Ability to support Application support team for 24*7 guidance.
- Have good understanding in non-function testing and risk based testing management.
- Ability to work remotely and come into office at least 2 days a week.
- Good English-speaking communication.
