- **Job Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Looking after complete operations (manpower, sales, marketing, post order services, operating budgets) of Representative office including planning, organizing and controlling resource.
To Conceptualize and Ensure implementation of Entry strategies in new Indus tries, markets to enhance business with sustainability.
Achieve the Objectives & Annual Goals.
Support the operating team to ensure smooth operation between Thailand office & Head office.
Develop Short term and long term Sales, Marketing and Business development plans for the realization of Company’s Strategic objectives.
Segmenting the country into Area vs Industry matrix, Application development in Various industries
Direct and Control the Sales & marketing operations to ensure the achievement of turnover objectives.
Review, Align and Gather team together in Common focus to Ensure high performance consistently.
Identify and Ensur achievement of critical milestones and progress towards strategic business plan.
Ensuring compliance to all the reports, procedures as required by country norms including financial, legal matters.
Ensuring making, reviewing & achievement of revenue target and budget on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
To motivate and lead a high performance team; attract, recruit and retain required members of the team.
- **Skills and Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor of Engineering or Technology in HVAC / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical with 10-12 years of experience preferably in HVAC industry.
Age : 30 to 35 Years.
Experience : 10 to 15 Years,
- _preferably _in Industrial Capital Equipment or HVAC Industry.
Business & People Management experience is mandatory
Knowledge preferred: Industrial sales, Pharmaceutical, Food, Garment & Textile, tyres, semiconductors, labs, healthcare Leather, Rubber, etc for applied / process equipment.
Key Behavioral Skills:
