**Job Title**: Sr. Officer - Hospitality Supplies

**Location**: Bangkok, Thailand

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Position Overview**:The Sales & Operations Executive will be responsible for day-to-day operational sales, client coordination, and site visits to hotels and hospitality projects across Bangkok and nearby regions. This role requires someone with strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of hospitality supply requirements, and the ability to build trust with procurement, housekeeping, kitchen, and F&B teams at hotel properties.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct daily hotel visits to coordinate with department heads (Housekeeping, F&B, Procurement, Engineering, etc.) for ongoing and upcoming requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hotel staff and key decision-makers.
  • Present and recommend suitable OSE products based on project needs.
  • Coordinate with internal procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Provide after-sales service and address any operational challenges at the site.
  • Support sales team with quotations, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in mock-up room setups, product samples, and demo presentations as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, meetings, and client updates.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in operational sales, preferably in hospitality/OSE supplies.
  • Fluent in Thai and English (both spoken and written).
  • Strong understanding of hotel departments and operational workflows.
  • Self-driven and willing to travel within Bangkok and nearby regions on a daily basis.
  • Good presentation skills and a client-centric mindset.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Thai nationality or eligible to work in Thailand.
