**Job Detail**

  • Senior Sales Coordinator Officer (38K-41K) (SDG-102169)
  • เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโสฝ่ายประสานงานขาย- Sales Coordinator in the Sales Department.
  • Sales Executive & Sales Support function- Assistant to Sales & marketing GM to lead the division.
  • Sales activities to get the inquiries from Customer or distributor.
  • Support the information to distributor. Main task can negotiate between

customer and factory to find out the best solution about production, payment, delivery, etc.- Discussing product specifications between customers and distributor

(Almost senior person)- Issue the quotation and contract of the product specification to customer.

  • Delivery control.
  • Payment following up.
  • Able to visit to the customers (Sometimes make a business trip to domestic throughout Thailand)
  • Monthly report to estimate performance (Sales/Gross margin)
  • Support to Sales team/ Coordinate between divisions.
  • Any assignment by GM.

  • กิจกรรมการขายเพื่อรับข้อซักถามจากลูกค้าหรือผู้จัดจำหน่าย
  • สนับสนุนข้อมูลให้กับผู้จัดจำหน่าย งานหลักสามารถเจรจาระหว่างกันได้

ลูกค้าและโรงงานเพื่อค้นหาทางออกที่ดีที่สุดเกี่ยวกับการผลิต การชำระเงิน การจัดส่ง ฯลฯ- หารือเกี่ยวกับข้อกำหนดของผลิตภัณฑ์ระหว่างลูกค้าและผู้จัดจำหน่าย

(ใกล้เคียงตำแหน่งอาวุโส)- ออกใบเสนอราคาและสัญญาข้อกำหนดคุณสมบัติผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับลูกค้า

  • การควบคุมการส่งมอบ
  • ติดตามการชำระเงิน
  • สามารถเข้าพบลูกค้าได้ (บางครั้งเดินทางไปทำธุรกิจภายในประเทศทั่วประเทศไทย)
  • รายงานประจำเดือนเพื่อประเมินผลการดำเนินงาน (ยอดขาย/กำไรขั้นต้น)
  • สนับสนุนทีมขาย / ประสานงานระหว่างแผนก
  • การมอบหมายใด ๆ จาก GM
  • Thai nationality, Male, age 32 - 40 years old- Bachelor's degree
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience as a Sales executive and Sales Coordinator.
  • Experience in construction heavy equipment, machine or concrete or asphalt mixing plant, Road construction machinery such as Road roller, Excavator, Wirtgen, etc.
  • Sales experience functions are needed.
  • English Level TOEIC 600 score up.
  • Able to drive and go on business trips throughout Thailand. ( 2-3 Times /Month )- Have good follower skills.
  • Have multitasking skills.
  • Able to set up the priorities of the tasks.- knowledge of Engineering (Preferable)
  • Experience from asphalt mixing plant

  • English level : Conversational
  • Japanese level : None
  • Workplace Area: BTS Bang Na
  • Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri, WIO 100%)
