IPX (formerly LINE FRIENDS) is a company that innovates the experience of fans around the world through IP with a mission to present impressive and special experiences.

As the SEA Licensing Lead, you will handle overall IPX licensing business in the SEA territory by setting and implementing licensing business strategies for all IPs under IPX portfolio. You will take the lead of the whole SEA local team as well as manage SEA licensing agents to ensure all functions can deliver performance as planned.

**Responsibilities**
- Set business strategies and implementation plans for Thailand and the SEA market with LINE FRIENDS, minini, BT21, JOGUMAN, DINOTAENG, K-pop and other IPs for both licensing and retail businesses
- Develop and grow the business in Thailand and SEA by seeking new licensing and retail business opportunities, building good relationships with partners, and maintaining long-term relationships with existing licensees
- Manage SEA licensing agents to perform as committed and ensure the licensing agents are on track with IPX guidelines
- Review all SEA licensing deals to ensure all deals are aligned with IPX guidelines and negotiate for good deal conditions that drive business growth in terms of revenue and brand awareness
- Lead and train the SEA local team to handle all brand licensing business, marketing, retail business, product development, and administrative functions independently and as a collaborative team
- Work closely with HQ for all business inquiries and updates on business structure, guidelines, and new IPs
- Manage annual business plan forecasts and monitoring on a monthly basis
- Handle all inquiries related to IPX business from licensees, prospects, external partners, IPX HQ, and LINE affiliates

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 10+ years of experience in licensing with solid relationships with industry partners in Thailand as well as other SEA markets
- 4+ years of experience as a team lead of an organization consisting of 3 or more persons
- Fluency in English and Thai (both written and verbal)

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in character IP licensing
- Experience in retail partnership management and motivating a large non-direct or direct sales force
