**The product Lead** is responsible for driving forward the strategy for a smart living platform for consumers that consist of product, service, and platform integration. Responsibilities include long-term product strategy development on the platform, product performance analysis, market/competitor analysis, and Proposition creation.

**What you will be doing**
- Set the product vision and product roadmap considering features that synchronize with the platform roadmap
- Determine product strategy market to the customer in each segment with an assessment of competitor analysis, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Deliver the operating plan to achieve business KPIs such as revenue, profit, and return on investment of all products.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, playing an active role in frequent touchpoints in the development process
- Collaborate closely with internal parties to develop and launch products on time, in the right channels that drive value for stakeholders and customers to meet core KPIs and business requirements

**What we are looking for**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or engineering
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Management/ Product Sourcing
- Strong understanding of IoT technologies and platforms
- Strategic and/or analytical role, such as management consulting, corporate strategy/product strategy, or finance
- Experience managing client relationships or senior/matrixed stakeholders required
- Structured thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to jump into new industries and environments, and quickly understand and implement in details
- Deadline-driven to always deliver analyses, insights, and results on-time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and manage complex projects
- Positive attitude and proven good team player
