- Trade Marketing (70%)- Sell in & out performance analysis and management
- Marketing strategy development
- Competitor analysis
- Best seller SKUs analysis and management
- Stock monitoring and demand planning
- Marketing expenses management and budgeting

To support sales team in providing selling tools (i.e. sales presentation, Ads VDO)- Achieve sales target by brand in all channels
- Achieve proper proportion of sales performance between best selling /non best selling/ and newness SKUs
- Achieve agreed stock turnover rate by brand
- Iconic : 6 months
- Fashion : 4 months
- Manage marketing expenses and budget within 2% of sales revenues

Product Branding (30%)- Brand equity development and management
- IMC development and management
- Consumer data acquisition and CRM activities development
- Achieve increased brand awareness and preferences
- Effectively manage brand touch points
- Efficiently utilize consumer database in order to expand targeted consumers and develop brand loyalty toward assigned brands
