The SCL leads the KCP Supply Chains in the clusters and supports the GMs and sales leaders in business delivery. The role is part of the cluster leadership team(s), tailors regional SC strategy for clusters. The role is accountable for the overall delivery of service & inventory. This role will lead the team of demand planners to drive S&OP and forecasting excellence. The role has been newly created as we continue to demonstrate strong growth and continue in our transformation journey.

**Role Accountabilities**:

- Own cluster Supply Chain objectives for two clusters to enable business delivery enabled by exceptional customer service (OTIF), Free-cash flow (Inventory) and Cost (ECS)
- Collaborate with the shared supply chain teams to operate and optimize local / regional supply chains
- Champion S&OP, implement building block driven forecasts w/ commercial teams to deliver forecast reliability, bias & accuracy
- Own the development and delivery of inventory glidepath working with regional, cluster, and mill supply planning teams (plans to prevent OBSM creation and reduction)
- Assemble and lead cross function teams focused on strategic, high impact projects tasks as assigned
- Develop Cluster Operating Strategies and aligned ways of working wit Supply Hubs
- Drive continuous improvement of supply chain working with supply chain disciplines along with technical mastery
- Design cluster demand organization, and transition
- Coach and develop team, provide support for S&OP and demand capability development

**Required qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, science/ math or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in CPG in planning (of supply & demand)
- Proven track record of tangible impact via demonstrated hands-on experience
- Experience in working in matrix and complex organizations, leading change, managing and successfully influencing complex stakeholder relationship
- People management and organization development experience
