You will be part of the Asia Lens Manufacturing (ALM) Supply Chain Transformation team located in Bangkok.

The SC Transformation team is leading projects all over Asia to optimize the end to end flows in each entity but also to improve the level of working capital following a clear roadmap define by the Group. All the projects Manager is required to drive the actions from both a business and an IT systems aspects. All of this by working hands in hands with Worldwide team and local teams in manufacturing sites across Asia.

Your day in the Asia Supply Chain team

1. Lead Supply Chain projects as Project manager; manage assigned projects by coordinating all actions with the different teams (IT / Finance / Operations / WW Supply Chain / etc.) needed for the project in order to achieve the deliverables

**2. Opportunities seeker**: To identify areas for improvement including gaps on Business and IT and set target for improvement (Project KPIs) close the gap between now and where it should be, through projects/initiatives - be the guarantor of the success of the project.

3. Speaker; being the representative of stakeholders in the steering committee / business working group and IT working group - ensure right communication to Top Management.

**4. Reporting**: Use and maintain existing KPIs. Develop new ones which allow tracking of performance and improvement related to supply chain activities. Develop/Standardize documents for further reference.

**5. Regional link**: Participate with global supply chain project team, RX lab and plant supply chain team in identifying and implementing or deploying supply chain improvement initiatives.

Must have

Master Degree in Supply Chain or any related field
Strong analytical skills
Good experience in project management

Proficient with MS office program (especially MS Excel, MS Powerpoint etc.)

Excellent presentation skills

Excellent written and spoken English.
