**Responsibilities**:

- Directly manages local Procurement Operations resources. Take accountability for procurement financial and operational performance and its impact on the financial and operational performance of the site.
- Executes sourcing strategies within geographical scope, ensuring consistency with Global Indirect category strategies. Develops negotiation strategy for local negotiations and actively leads local contract negotiations as required based on criticality or complexity.
- Develops relationships with local and regional suppliers to support business needs and the overall Global Procurement supplier segmentation strategy.
- Leads change management efforts in the geographical area of responsibility and drive improvements. Ensures appropriate and effective communication is occurring at all organizational levels with consistent messaging. Acts as an escalation point for organizational or cultural change barriers and works to resolve and overcome barriers collaboratively with business partners.

**Job Requirement**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Master's Degree in a related field preferred. Project Management certification preferred.
- At least five (5) years of Procurement experience with a minimum of two (2) years of people management experience.
- Strategic sourcing and supplier management experience required.
- Demonstrated cross-functional project leadership experience.
- Experience in a related industry is preferred.
- Proficient negotiation abilities, Application of strategic sourcing process, Project Management, Change Management, Excellent communication (technical, non-technical), and Proficient in interpreting and analyzing financial statements.
- Skills required: Excellence in Thai and English languages, strong financial/statistical analysis, organization skills, strong Microsoft Excel skills, collaborative facilitation and influence skills, resilience, self-directing, and ability to work in a very fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
