Generally Construction Sales Manager are the professionals setting sales goals and strategies that will lead to the continued growth of company. Manage sales activities of company and work closely with Marketing team to help develop sales action plans. Recommends and assists in the promotion, organization and guidance of sales policies and practices in an efficient manner to increase sales volume.

**Responsibilities**

  • Create and execute sales strategies & long-term sales plans
  • Develop and present sales action plans and reviewing sales performance
  • Responsible for performance of all sales activities within assigned area
  • Maintain and Increase sales volume including regular sales and monthly reports
  • Partner with Marketing team to develop and execute strategic marketing plans
  • Assist Head of Marketing Department to maintain effective relationships with customers
  • Maintain excellent communications externally and internally
  • Coordinate liaison between the Building Section, Design Section and Project Directors
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Occasional travel to meet with prospects and customers
  • Maintain knowledge of local and regional market conditions

**Qualifications**

  • Thai Nationality
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management /Architecture or related field
  • Experience in construction industry is preferable
  • 5+years of sales management experience ; preferably leading sales/marketing team
  • Commercial and technical knowledge in Engineering and Construction is preferable
  • Ability to develop Sales Strategies
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
  • Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent command of English
