**Job description**:
Mission

As Construction Manager, your mission is to plan, develop, and execute construction activities that align with Decathlon Thailand’s vision and omni-ecosystem strategy. You will ensure technical excellence, compliance, and sustainability across all real estate projects while driving accessibility and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee construction projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with vendors, landlords, and internal teams.
- Ensure quality standards, regulatory compliance, and sustainability targets.
- Track and report project progress, costs, and risks.
- Support new business models, portfolio optimization, and green building initiatives.
- Lead and inspire teams, fostering collaboration and talent development.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in **Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture**, or related field.
- Experience in **construction management, retail fit-out, and real estate projects**.
- Knowledge of **building engineering, design, facility maintenance, and local building laws**.
- Skilled in **project, cost, and risk management**, plus **CAD/3D visualization tools**.
- Strong **leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement** abilities.
- ** Entrepreneurial mindset**: proactive, solution-oriented, adaptable.
- Passion for **sport** and alignment with Decathlon values: responsibility, generosity, authenticity, vitality.
- Interest in **sustainability and innovative construction practices** is a plus.
