**Your impact**:
- The Project Management Trainee will have a chance to become the Software Project Manager. You will oversee the development of software projects for enterprise companies such as banks, insurances, department stores, governments, etc. and coordinate across teams, partner with various levels of stakeholders, and will work on several projects at once. The role is ideal for someone who will have a blend of experience working in a multicultural environment, visible roles with a focus on process execution, impeccable communication skills, and the ability to work within deadlines.

- Our leadership team who will coach you consist of our CTO who certifies AWS Certified Solution Architect Professional certification - and our Project Advisor - who has more than 20 years of enterprise project management experience.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement detailed project plans for Amity products, technical integrations, and other process changes, including coordination of resources, stakeholders, and technology platforms.
- Lead numerous activities, including software developing, documenting, planning, scheduling, testing, delivery, and change management, to ensure the project's objectives are met.
- Collaborate with solution architecture teams to establish system architecture and design details for proper IT solutions, infrastructure, processes, and methods deployment.
- Track project performance and analyze task progress across all stakeholders to meet short
- and long-term objectives.
- Lead project reviews and meetings with stakeholders and customers to provide updates and organize discussions on the project's plan, status, progress, payment milestones, and risks.
- Work closely with the Sales team to further grow the customers' usage of Amity products.
**Your ideal profile**:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in IT, Software Engineering, Data Sciences, Statistics or any related field
- 0-1 years of project management experience that involves software development or software implementation
- Intermediate level of technical knowledge on at least 1 software products / stack
- Strong verbal and written skill in both Thai and English language
- Immaculate writing and communication skills with great attention to customer care
- Ability to explain complex information in simple and clear terms to a non techie and deal with difficult customers and handle stress
- Strong working knowledge of project management software and methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)
